​ Rotem Koren

CEO / President of the Board

Rotem manages the company’s day to day operations focusing on projects management, legal, finances, and taxation issues. Rotem holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Rotem also holds a Certified Public Accountant license and has years of experience as a financial controller of an international group and as a financial auditor. Coming from a family of real estate developers, Rotem has the goal of leading Metropolis Investments to be a quality mark in the real estate market in Poland.

​ Robert Żołędowski

Deputy CEO – Vice President of the Board

Robert manages the company’s production operations focusing on the designing, planning, and execution of all existing projects. Robert has graduated the Warsaw University of Technology as a Civil engineer. For the past 25 years, Robert has earned a respectful career accompanied with tremendous experience from serving as a co-founder, Vice-president (COO) and Technical Director of Karmar, one of Poland’s leading construction companies. Robert was responsible for Multi-million dollars construction budgets for major residential projects of Poland’s leading developers such as Living Point for Vantage Development, Metro Bielany for TK Development, and City Link for Ronson. Prior to Karmar, Robert has served in various managerial positions in Warbud, another leading Polish construction company. Additionally to his position with Metropolis, Robert serves as a Vice President and Technical director of FTC Construction Company, which is part of the Spectra Group – an owner of the leading production companies of Poland. Metropolis is fortunate to have Robert among its founders and managing partners.

​ Włodzimierz Bogiel

Vice President of the Board

Włodzimierz serves as the Vice President of Metropolis Board of Directors. Additionally, he is the acting President of the Board and the acting General Director of FTC Construction Company, which is part of the Spectra Group – an owner of the leading production companies of Poland. Włodzimierz has graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology as a Civil Engineer. In addition, Włodzimierz completed his postgraduate studies in Marketing Management at the University of Warsaw. Włodzimierz was the founder and acting CEO of Karmar, one of Poland’s leading construction companies. Under his leadership and management, Karmar has successfully constructed billions of dollars’ worth of investments for Poland’s largest developers and corporations. The construction of the famous Arkadia shopping center in the heart of Warsaw, the Mokotow Business Park, the Miasteczko Orange Office Building, and the Gillette Factory in Lodz are just a few of Włodzimierz’s major accomplishments with Karmar. Prior to Karmar, Włodzimierz has served in various managerial positions at Warbud another leading Polish construction company. With his reputation, vast experience and knowledge, Włodzimierz is a valuable asset to Metropolis! As a member of the board of directors, Włodzimierz helps to lead Metropolis Investments in a search for new business opportunities while achieving its goal to be a quality mark in the real estate market in Poland.

​ Guy Dotan

Member of the Board & Director of Investor Relations

Guy manages the company’s investor relations, capital raising and business development.
Guy holds a B.A degree in International Business from the San Diego State University in the California, USA. Prior to his position with Metropolis Guy has served as a VP of Investor Relations and Business Development in the GNR Real Estate Group where he acquired extensive experience by managing the group’s active investment funds, business development and capital raising. Guy’s experience, vision and entrepreneurship skills are a valuable asset to Metropolis vision and goals to become one of Poland’s leading development companies.
